She also advises clients on regulatory issues in the cryptocurrency and Blockchain industry, including tax treatment rules, law enforcement and AML/KYC procedures.

Krystyna assists clients from various industries, including cryptocurrency and Blockchain-based businesses, online gaming and gambling, hardware and software Development, agriculture and consumer goods & retail. Developed and launched a unique legal scheme that allows real economy sector to accept payments in cryptocurrency. The product further grew into a decentralized organization, incorporating elements of the decentralized franchise.

Holds an M.S. in Global Affairs and Transnational Security from New York University and an LL.B. in International financial law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

Gained considerable experience with the US and Ukrainian law firms. Worked for the United States House of Representatives and the New York Police Department. Krystyna also worked as an advisor to the US-Ukraine Parliamentary Group at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and head of legal department at the FinTech consulting company.
